Hey, y’all! I’m Taylor and I am a practicum counseling student currently completing my
Master of Science in Psychological Services with a concentration in Counseling
Psychology at East Central University.

My mission is to foster a safe, supportive, and honest environment where we can work
together to examine your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors and help you
achieve your goals.

Starting therapy for the first time, or returning to therapy, often feels intimidating and
overwhelming—most folks don’t end up in therapy because everything is just going
great in their lives. I want you to know that I get it. I’ve been on the client-side of the
therapy room, and I want to reassure you that you don’t have to figure life out alone.

Authentically showing up and caring for yourself by coming to therapy and exploring
how some thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and behaviors may be holding you back from
reaching your goals may be the most valuable, vulnerable, and courageous thing you
can do for yourself and your future.
