We understand that life happens and that there will be times, despite your best efforts and intentions that you will be unable to make your appointment and will need to cancel or reschedule. We want to work with you, so there is no fee as long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours from your appointment time will be charged the session fee.
