Calye Bowen

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

I am a graduate of Southern Nazarene University where I received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I received my Bachelor of Arts in writing with a minor in business administration. For several years I worked in banking, management, and the dental field before I realized that my passion instead is in walking alongside someone through whatever obstacles they might be trying to overcome, any battles they are fighting, and any challenges they are facing. It is an empowering experience to be seen and  to be understood. I believe wholeheartedly that it is within the safe spaces of the counseling relationship that each person can find the healing and restoration that they are seeking.

Oftentimes, therapy is an intimidating step to take. Sharing your struggles and hurts with another is frightening or may feel risky. It takes courage to face change and work toward an empowered sense of self, stronger relationships, and a better life. It is exactly because of this bravery why I am honored people come to me, taking positive steps toward the life they desire.  This is what I strive to assist others with day-to-day, and I have found it to be the most rewarding and humbling experience.

So, all of this to say, if this sounds like you, please don't hesitate to reach out. We can walk through it together.

Morgan Massey

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

I received my Master of Arts in Human Relations (MHR) with an emphasis on Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Oklahoma in 2019. My master’s degree emphasized Person Centered Therapy, meaning I focus on building a strong positive relationship with clients while providing an empathetic ear. I have received further training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, (MI). I focus on the idea that a person’s thoughts can influence their feelings, and I work together with my clients on ways to explore and understand their thought processes. My therapeutic goal is in validating personal experiences as well as exploring personal values and how they motivate clients toward change.

I believe we all are doing the best we can with what we have, however, we may benefit from more tools in our belt to truly live by our values and move toward becoming our ideal selves and value-oriented living. Whether because of depression, anxiety, or behavioral concerns, I provide my clients with tools they can use to feel confident and to stand on their own. I look forward to getting to know you!
